We wanted to share some more information and photos about the project so you can see the lanterns in the other care homes participating in our project. Thank you for writing in the comments book and for the photo's of your beautiful star lanters!
It’s been a busy time for the Lantern House since we installed the lanterns at our care homes.
Not only have we been cleaning and preparing our lanterns for Leonardslee Illuminated, we made, in collaboration with Sharon Mee at Artpod and made lanterns for the Burning the Clocks Lantern Trail in Brighton with Same Sky.
We’ve had fun at the Lantern House in the last two weeks, setting up at Leonardslee Gardens our lanterns that were in your gardens, plus the pack of wolves and dragon that we made for them this year.
In our final newsletter, you can see two new legacy lanterns that will help us gain work in the future. We will be seeking funding to bring them back to your garden, fingers crossed for that!
